Equity statements and lot details stay in your browser on this device. We store account identity and billing information only — not your Shareworks PDF contents — unless you later opt into cloud save.
You represent that you have the right to upload materials you provide and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload malware or others’ confidential information without authorization. You are responsible for redacting data you do not want processed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARVEST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR TAX PENALTIES, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You will defend and indemnify Lakefolio against claims arising from your uploads, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
We may modify the service or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of Terms or operational reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your state require otherwise. Venue for disputes will be in state or federal courts located in California, subject to applicable law.
